Q: Will my car run on gas?
A: It must be petrol - please ring Arun with your registration number and we will advise of availability and cost.
Q: What about petrol?
A: Your car will still use petrol but will become dual fuel, therefore dramatically increasing the range AND your savings.
Q: What will I save?
A: Typically about 40% on fuel alone - please use our gas calculator for a figure.

Q: Are there other savings?
A: You will save on road tax and maybe on congestion charges as your emissions will be less and your car will be greener.
Q: Won't the Government increase tax on gas?
A: There are no plans for this as it is a green fuel to which they are actively encouraging.
Q: Will I lose my boot space?
A: Not necessarily - Arun can fit the tank where the spare wheel goes.
Q: How can I finance the conversion?
A: Arun are able to add this amount to your finance package should you buy a car from us. Otherwise we accept credit card - pay for you conversion out of your petrol savings!
Q: Will this affect my warranty?
A: Not with Arun! We guarantee all works for one year.
Q: Where do I buy gas?
A: Please look at http://www.autogas.ltd.uk/whereToBuyMap.htm although this list is not exhaustive. More and more garages are supplying LPG.

Q: Why is there a variation of fitting quotes on the internet?
A: It depends on the quality of components, whether the kit is singlepoint or multipoint and of course the level of expertise applied. Not all multipoint systems are equal and there are big variations in quality. Our kits are specifically designed for your engine number and ensure reliability. |
